I received a payment failed email.Updated a year ago

You will receive a payment failed email when your credit card expires, if there are insufficient funds, or if you remove your credit card information from your account. We will re-attempt to place your order 3 times (on your selected order frequency date). After 3 failed re-attempts, we will assume you do not want to continue with your subscription, and we will cancel your subscription order.

Your old subscriptions will continue to show in your account under 'My Subscriptions' if you want to reactivate them.
