How do I change or cancel my subscription?Updated a year ago

It’s easy. Just follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to 'Manage Subscription'.
3. Find your subscription order and click 'Edit.'
4. Make any changes you'd like and click save. 

You can make the changes below:

• Flavour
• Nicotine Strength
• Next Order Date
• Subscription Frequency
• Delivery Address
• Payment Details
• Cancel Subscription

NOTE: To pause or skip your subscription, you will need to change your order date to the next time you would like to run. Please remember that the order date does not allow time frames for dispatch and delivery.
